Responsibilities:
Strategic Guidelines: Define the strategy that drives the build out of the digital consumer experiences Support the digital transformation of key business process to drive efficiency across functions in Millicom Responsible to ensure communication of strategy to secure alignment of the digital vision across the group Ensure relevance and adaptability to keep pace with the ever-changing digital landscape Responsible for Millicom’s digital presence in online channels seamlessly integrated across all customer touch points Manage relationship of experts & relevant players of the “Digital Ecosystem” to secure strategic partnerships Identify digital tools & technologies to improve consumer experience, drive efficiency and create new business models Promote a consumer-centric organizational culture Capture industry and market megatrends knowledge to drive business model transformation in planning process Develop and deliver the Digital Product Roadmap to meet Five year plan objectives Define key policies and control frameworks to ensure full compliance with corporate guidelines Define the digital transformation agenda and monitor the correct execution of the digitalization of traditional channels

Business Performance: Develop and support creation of digital services for all Business units: B2C, MFS and B2B solutions. Build and manage incubation and proof of concept of new digital revenue streams including FMC, IoT, payments, Digital Advertisement, and Content (Video Music, Sports, etc.) and coordinate hand-off to Business Units for massive regional rollout Responsible of developing, operating and maintaining the digital products/services/channels for all Millicom Latam Drive digital transformation by connecting digital investments to enterprise KPIs and performance results Develop and implement key business activities that achieve strategic objectives: Ensure the right visibility of data to facilitate oversight by the Executive Committee and to keep them informed Ensure the correct implementation of the digital transformation agenda including the digitalization of traditional channels

Business Development: Guide operations to attain a minimum set of core competences that produce a competitive advantage Drive all innovation processes relating to Digital products and services Responsible to drive company collaboration to create synergies between the different businesses and areas Responsible for talent pipeline development and knowledge transfer to sustain a high performance team Drive digitalization of traditional channels and internal processes Coordinate with Group IT to assure that digital capabilities required are met

Job Qualifications:
Qualifications: Computer science, business administration or engineering MBA is preferred Background in telecommunications is preferred Fully bilingual: Spanish/English

Minimum Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience as a leader of digital initiatives within LATAM and emerging markets Product development & innovation Negotiations for building successful alliances & partnerships Strategic planning and advance execution skills are a must Effective communication skills and managing across the matrix is essential Team building and talent development are critical aspects of the job
