VIRTUAL MEETING TRAINER / COORDINATOR

We are seeking a Virtual Meeting Trainer / Coordinator for our client’s Lake County location. They must have excellent people / customer service skills, be team oriented, and great at trouble shooting learning & technical challenges with the ability to quickly innovate when needed. Duties and skills needed for this position: ability to present content live or virtually in front of a group, strong writing and organizational skills, WebEx familiarity, proficiency in common business tool applications, strong “Geek Cred” & extensive knowledge of iPad tips and tricks, basic video production skills (simple shooting and iMovie editing) and basic graphic design skills / ability to follow branding guidelines.

Job Duties

• Produce trainings using WebEx (Laptop & Mobile)
• Present live or virtually: iPad tips and tricks, WebEx, common business tool applications
• Explore & implement new mobile learning technologies, with guidance
• Basic video production including basic camerawork and simple iMovie editing
• Basic graphic design and ability to follow branding guidelines
• Basic Project Management
• Troubleshoot technical and learning challenges and quickly understand workarounds when needed
• Provide excellent customer service; while working in a collaborative group environment with dynamic roles

Skills

• Apple enthusiast and evangelist
• Comfortable presenting to groups
• Skilled at providing excellent customer service

Qualifications: 2-3 years of related professional experience and a college degree or 4+ years of related professional experience. Passion and joy for training others, High level of curiosity for digital trends.

Experience or degree in education, communications, technical production, design, marketing, sales or customer service strongly preferred.

Pay Rate
Hourly Payrate TBD based on qualifications

NOTE: All applicants must be able to travel to and work full time (8-5pm) at our client’s office in Lake County.
