Job Summary:

VIP Host

The VIP Host position is a great opportunity for a candidate with an innate sense of guest service. The main duty of the VIP Host is to increase revenue by pushing sales, building good will and customer loyalty. The VIP Host will make the customer feel pampered, spoiled and eager to return. They will serve a resource of information for VIP clients and ensure VIP guests are receiving personalized service. The work atmosphere is fast paced, energetic, friendly and fun! Experience in high-end customer service positions is desirable. A background in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a flexible schedule; upbeat, positive and charismatic demeanor. Experience working with high profile guests and VIP’s is preferred. Must be able to handle multiple tasks; excellent verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills; must be a team player. Please note that this role requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.
