VIP Concierge

We are looking for a highly detail oriented, dynamic and multi-tasking expert to join our VIP team. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy is a must. The ideal candidate needs to be self motivated, able to prioritize, organize and follow up on different tasks on the daily basis and able to think out of the box. In order to provide luxury concierge services to our high-end guests. As the gatekeeper to our guest’s utmost desired requests, this position’s sole responsibility is to execute no matter how small or large the task and keep our VIP guest happy and secure by ensuring seamless transitions through all their travel components.

Requirements

Entertainment, Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Agency or similar: 4 years of verifiable experience

Or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or Business

Excellent writing skills with a strong command of English communication skills. Other languages (verbal & written) are a plus!

Polished, professional, with great phone etiquette

Ability to work extended hours if needed, weekends & holidays if needed with accessibility 24/7 during peak seasons.

Must have reliable transportation, smartphone and laptop
