US Finance team is in charge of all financial processes for the Americas Region, which includes Greenwich, Orinda, New York and Mexico City.

The team is made of 4 accountants, 1 tax, 2 financial analysts (including the VIE) and the Regional CFO.

The total # of employees in the Region is approx. 180 and the total AUM managed in the Region is $90 bn.

The VIE will be based in Greenwich.

Key Accountabilities :

•Assist with the month end process, including the preparation of the pre-closing P&L file, revenue KPI file and variance analysis file versus budget/forecast

•Gather and reconcile financial data for global recharging calculations, fee sharing, and local KPI reporting

•Maintain financial models and work directly with FP&A to analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to ensure financial data has been recorded correctly

•Participate in special projects and perform ad/hoc analysis as assigned by FP&A/Regional CFO

•Support Accounting Department on its day to day responsibilities

Role Requirement:

Qualifications:

•Ideally, a degree in Economics with accounting basis.

Skills:

•Strong level of English is required. Most of the interaction will be in English (both written and spoken) and French will be used only occasionally with the headquarter.

This VIE will start in October 2017 for 18 months.
