Used Car Sales Representative

Automotive Sales Representative needed for a busy well-established used car dealership with heavy floor traffic!

Requirements:
* Provide friendly customer service giving each customer a WOW experience
* Use knowledge of available financing options to provide customer with options that fit their needs
* Educate customer on building credit, raising down-payments, etc. to ensure customer is equipped to manage financial responsibility of lien provider
* Complete required customer paperwork and data entry in Credit Acceptance for initial information and deal completion information
* Ensure final delivery of vehicle by assisting customer with securing auto insurance
* Consistently develop financial and selling skills using internal sales techniques to generate and close business
* Make follow-up calls in a timely manner to develop customer relationships
* Call upon internet based leads on a daily basis to prospect customers new and old
* Prospect leads through networking to increase pipeline and customer traffic
* Utilize a checklist for new vehicles placed on lot to ensure readiness for selling
* Provide issue resolution for customers .
Qualifications: .
* Previous Auto Sales experience preferred
* High School Degree required at minimum
* Financial experience a plus (i.e. mortgages, loans, real estate)
* At least 2 years relevant experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivation for driven success
* Proven successful sales ability from warm-hand offs . Experience using Credit Acceptance software
