Job Responsibilities:

  • Development and growth of your own client base by marketing our respective staffing services to target businesses.
  • The Staffing Sales Representative will also provide ongoing rapport and excellent customer service to existing clients
  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) Position.
  • The primary channel for building sales will be over the phone via cold calling and prospecting potential customers to identify decision makers and begin the sales process.
  • Maintain and grow database of customers and prospects.
  • Support marketing efforts with sales presentations, demonstrations and other sales actions.
  • The ability to capture a decision maker’s interest and to overcome objections is critical to success in this role.
  • Flexible working hours – should be open to working in early morning, evening or night shifts to cover various time zones in the US and other countries

  • Excellent communication in Business English: oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking, documentation, database management and negotiation skills.
  • Plan and implement effective recruiting strategy to recruit and be involved in all Resourcing activities like sourcing, screening, short listing, personal evaluation and effective communication.
  • Sound understanding of technical aspect of job requirements. Good understanding of job functions and good conceptual understanding of latest market strategies.
  • Identify and the best mix of resources to source suitable talent, Co-ordination with Manager and Clients for scheduling interviews and obtain the feedback from the interviewers and analyze the gaps of the feedback.
  • Cold calling candidates for positions, short-listing of candidates and establishing preliminary contact, constant engagement with candidates from offer made stage till the candidates join the Organization and bring the case to a final closure.

    Work Experience:

  • 3+ years Inside Sales- Staffing experience serving US staffing industry.
  • Proven record of sales excellence, with consistent achievement of assigned objectives and quotas
  • Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel and Dynamics CRM.
  • Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma from English Medium
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree from accredited University
  • Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission

    Pay: $25.00 per hour
