Truck Driver Class A

Transfer Dump Drivers wanted!! All Brite Materials is a Landscape material sales business located in the West Phoenix area of Goodyear. We are looking for experienced drivers with knowledge of the Phoenix Metro area. We maintain a fleet of custom painted Peterbilt, Sterling, and Freightliner Transfer dumps. Every truck has COLD AC. There is NO SMOKING in our trucks, NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers will be local only, and not required to maintain a time log. Most one way trips are less than 100 miles from our main yard. Trucks do not leave Arizona. Drivers must be willing to work up to 10 hours per day, and up to 60 hours per week, with compensation accordingly. Drivers MUST be willing to work at least 2 Saturdays per month.

Driver skills must include:

Knowledge of Phoenix Metro area and ability to read maps

Experience driving a Transfer dump (Dump truck with pup trailer) or End dump

Experience driving trucks equipped with 10 speed/13 speed/18 speed transmissions & PTO

Ability to climb 10′ into Dump bed to tarp load

Driver Responsibilities include:

Pre-trip inspection on truck each morning before leaving yard.

Visibly inspect truck for damage to tires, wiring, air lines, etc. throughout the day.

Keep truck clean inside and out!

Perform both deliveries from main yard and pit direct, as well as pit-to-yard.

Inform supervisor when truck is in need of service, preventative maintenance, or repair.

Inform supervisor of any damage that occurs to truck or private property at delivery sights immediately.

Tarp each load.

This job has no education requirement, however the applicant must be at least 25 years of age per insurance requirements. Clean 24 month MVR and Clean, current Class A CDL and DOT Medical certification are Required.
