Treasury Associate

As a Treasury Associate here at Bridge you will assist, monitor, plan, and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services consistent with the objectives of the Company.

Essential Functions

• Understand, manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow
• Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions as needed
• Manage all aspects of in-house investment policies
• Manage long term and short term investment strategies
• Manage the Company’s goals and risk tolerances
• Project Leader for review and evaluation of various Treasury Project Initiatives
• Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted
• Prepare or monitor Company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling
• Evaluate, develop and implement Cash Management Systems to optimize efficiencies
• Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes
• Manage relationships with financial service providers
• Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues and/or correction of billing errors
• Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits the Company’s requirements
• Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements
• Provide technical support for Finance and Treasury projects as assigned
• Formalize policy and procedures for the role within the Treasury Department for BCRE

Qualifications and Competencies

S. Degree in Accounting/Finance CTP designation strongly preferred MBA desired Experience in presenting and preparing proposals to recommend new products/services Proficiency and experience with banking systems or applications (web based or otherwise)Knowledge of Treasury Software expertise a plus Attention to detail and accuracy Strong follow-through skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner Willing to adapt quickly to changes in direction Internally motivated to seek answers, generate ideas and develop new skills
