Location: Porter Adventist Hospital – Denver, CO

Position Summary

This position will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of all Global Health Initiatives travel logistics. Highly organized yet flexible to change, able to work with multiple individual itineraries at the same time, troubleshoot and can adapt to last minute changes.

Minimum Education Requirements

High School Diploma required

Bachelor’s Degree in Travel and Tourism preferred

Minimum Experience Requirements

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Microsoft office experience: including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

Experience in travel planning or related field preferred

License/Certifications

None Required

Physical Requirements

• Sedentary Work – prolonged periods of sitting and exert/lift up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
