Trainer

3 Way Marketing Gauteng Sales

  • Design and execute successful training currriculum for sales agents focused on product, systems and sales techniques
  • Facilitate one-on-one and group training sessions utilizing multiple techniques such as content sharing, role play and live call feedback
  • Work closely with Team Leaders, Quality Assurance and the Sales Coach to refine, schedule and deliver relevant training intended to bridge knowledge and skill gaps
  • Design and implement mandatory tests to assess staff readiness
  • Prepare new recruits for moving to the sales floor (e.g. providing log-in credentials)
  • Compile regular training reports
  • Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
  • Refresher courses for current staff

    • REQUIRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Min Matric (Grade 12)
  • Min 2 Year Sales training in a sales call center environment
  • Diploma


    • SKILLS

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Organisational skills and good time management
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel / Power Point) and Internet.
