Ticket Sales, Account Executive

The FIU Panthers Athletics Department is seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Account Executive in the Ticket Sales Department. The position will be primarily responsible for selling Football Group Tickets, Football Season Tickets as well as account service & maintenance. The person will be expected to generate new sales by calling past ticket buyers and potential new leads as well as calling current ticket holders to ensure the utmost customer service.

While work experience in a sales environment or athletics organization is preferred, highly motivated and outgoing self-starters without sales experience are strongly encourage to apply.

• Must make a minimum of 40+ outbound calls per day
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
• Generate new sales leads and theme nights that promote group events.
• Comply with university policies and procedures
• Service, renew and grow existing group ticket partnerships.
• Meet face-to-face with new and existing clients/prospects with the goal of procuring sales.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and clients through CRM.
• Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties throughout the game.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: $1,000.00 to $1,200.00 /month
