Ticket Agent

We are looking for Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to work at our Depot in Fargo, ND!

Essential Duties:
Answer customer questions and concerns in a professional, friendly manner.

Take orders and fulfill ticket and bus bill requests for customers.

Provide information to the public and agents on the rural transit systems.

Provide customer service regarding scheduling, ticket information, and direct passengers.

Problem solve any service or customer satisfaction issues that may arise.

Skills/Abilities:
Be detail-oriented.

Ability to calculate figures, amounts and statistics.

Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.

Ability to problem solve quickly.

Selling skills.

Ability and commitment to handle information in a confidential manner.
