• Inbound and outbound calls with patients, reviewing medical history.
• Responsible for following defined policies, procedures and standards for professional conduct.
• Acts in compliance with all HIPAA guidelines and standards of care in patient interactions.

Required Qualifications:

Must have strong customer service skills

Medical Terminology is required

Typing 30 wpm

2nd shift opportunity (1-10p), weekends off!
