In the role of Technology Analyst, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Location for this position is Phoenix, AZ

Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technologies.
Preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in software development working across various Mainframe technologies like CoBoL, JCL, DB2, Syncsort, IMS, CICS.
• At least 1 year of experience in : Version controller, Changeman (preferred), Batch scheduler, Control-M(preferred),Tools like FileAid, SPUFI, BMCADM, NDM, XCOM etc
• Good working knowledge of handling complex SQL queries; performance optimization techniques and tools would be a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience working in Global Delivery model- i.e. onsite- offshore model.
• At least 2 years of experience in SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development, maintenance projects.
• Candidates should possess knowledge to build and configuration management related processes.
• Technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques used in software development.
• Must be able to collaborate with offshore team
• Candidates should have high analytical ability and impactful communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to participate into requirements analysis, estimation, development and code reviews activities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute any tasks with quality and track it to closure.
• Experience in credit cards and Payments domain would be a plus
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
