Technical Support

We are looking to add several Technical Assistance Center Agents to our team in full-time, non-exempt positions.

These positions are in our Technical Assistance Center where our team provides business to business support to the hospitality staff and supports the hospitality customers. If you have a passion for getting to the root of problems and enjoy troubleshooting this is a job for you! The shifts are flexible which may involve working day, mid or night shifts and may require some weekend and holiday shifts to ensure 365-day coverage. Great Differential Pay! You will provide technical support to other departments within SONIFI, International Licensees, SONIFI customers, Field Service Representatives and Service Partners, along with dispatching field service technicians as needed. These positions require analytical thinking. Organizational, communicational, and customer service skills are a must. Individuals must have a desire and willingness to learn and maintain knowledge.


What you’ll need:

  • A minimum 2-year technical degree or the equivalent combination of education and or work experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Windows, Linux and UNIX in addition to a strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience in a technical call center is preferred.
  • Communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Effectively apply problem resolution techniques while troubleshooting in a team environment.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.
  • Desire to advance within a leading-edge technology company!
