Technical Service Representative

Do you enjoy fixing equipment and/or problems? Are you looking for employment that presents a variety of tasks on a daily basis? Customer Engineering Services (CES) is growing and seeking Field Service Technicians with technical experience and customer service skills in the Des Moines, IA market.

CES is a professional field services company which installs and maintains technology-based products. We work in the commercial and industrial printing markets as well as retail and pharmacy automation industries.

Daily responsibilities would include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of various products including photo printers, workgroup printers, wide format printers, industrial printers, retail automation kiosks and pharmacy automation equipment. Technicians are also responsible to complete various administrative tasks including reporting daily service activity.

We seek candidates with electro-mechanical skills and technical expertise. Candidates should also be computer savvy, have a flexible schedule, customer service experience and be physically able to lift up to 6o lbs. Technicians utilize company vehicles to cover large geographical areas with occasional overnight stays.
