CEI is currently actively seeking a goal oriented and results driven Technical Recruiter for their office in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This position will overall be responsible for managing the full recruiting life-cycle which includes the initial sourcing, screening for relevant open job orders, establishing and maintaining a strong professional relationship as well as effectively communicating with the Account Executives. General Responsibilities and Expectations

• Build a pool of highly skilled technical candidates by utilizing the company database, internet sources, networking and other recruiting sources.
• Screen and interview potential candidates.
• Partner with the sales team to understand and qualify client requirements and evaluate candidates against those requirements.
• Extend and negotiate offers to selected candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of transferable internship or employment experience within Sales, Customer Service or Human Resources
• Entrepreneurial Attitude, driven and energetic with an exceptional work ethic
• Maintaining a positive outlook with the ability to overcome objections
• The ability to project confidence and enthusiasm during phone interviews
• The ability to problem solve and think creatively
• The ability to build relationships with candidates
