Technical Project Manager

***Urgent Need – Direct Client***

Description of Duties (primary & secondary)

As a Technical Project Manager, support team in planning, executing and reporting of projects and project objectives.

Work with Product Owner to understand business needs and prioritization of deliverables, schedule and budget. Work with Agile Technology team, Enterprise Architects, infrastructure teams and vendor partners to understand how the solutions will address business needs and to understand dependencies in the development effort. During project execution, manage to established expectations and provide updates accordingly. Work with Product Owner to ensure each User Story is well-defined and has testable user acceptance criteria.

Review or create the Project Charter, Communications Matrix, Schedule and RACI and ensure these are stored as per PMO requirements. Submit Project Investment Justification (PIJ) information, including project scope and deliverables, baseline schedule milestones, and cost plan to the governance group. Submit change requests when required. Identify risks and issues and outline mitigations and resolutions to ensure project success.

Facilitate the Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective meetings. Send out Sprint goal and reconciliation.
