The Team Member position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.

• Work as a team with Restaurant General Manager, Hourly Shift Manager, and other Team Members to provide a great restaurant guest experience
• Maintain desired restaurant outcomes:

• Sales
• Customer experience
• Environment of Service

• Greet customers
• Take customer orders
• Expedite Food Orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for guests
• Handle cash accurately

• Job requirements for the Team Member:
  

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
• Ability to count cash and give correct change
• Ability to interact with customers in a courteous manner
• Ability to take and prepare food orders
• Availability to work 15 – 29 hours a week
• Lifting and carrying 30 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay Rate: $8.05 – $8.25/ hour depending on experience
