Salary/Pay: $26.23 – $32.78 per hour (exempt position)

Hours: Full time, 12 months, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Posting end date: April 5, 2017

The Penn Manor School District Technology Team is seeking an enterprise support lead for district servers, network infrastructure, and software applications.

JOB SUMMARY: The Systems Engineer configures, designs, maintains,troubleshoots, and repairs server hardware and network services in a complex mixed platform, mixed vendor, open source environment.

• Excellent customer service abilities, superior communication skills, and a self-driven work ethic are essential
• Five or more years of enterprise technology support experience and a degree in a related field is required

• Expertise in Linux and Windows server administration, directory structures, structured data cabling, TCP/IP protocols, routing, VLANs and firewall design is essential
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, configuration management, and automation is preferred
