Systems Analyst

Responsible for production support as well as project implementation of the Sales & Distribution (SD) module for GBG.
Gather and analyze business requirements and provide solutions related to SD.
Provide production support for the SD module and interfaces to FI, MM, BI and 3PL.
Resolve production issues through SAP Solution Manager.
Collaborate with internal SAP teams and offshore production support team to assure knowledge exchange.
Evaluate, implement, and support new developments/enhancements.
Develop functional specifications associated with system enhancements.
Make configuration changes in the entire OTC process related to:
Master Data.
Order Processing.
Allocation.
Delivery Processing.
Billing.
Pricing.
Output Handling

Skills and Requirements

• Demonstrate experience and proficiency with implementing and supporting SAP.
• At least 5+ years of SAP configuration experience is required in SAP’s SD module.
• SAP SD AFS module (ECC6.0) knowledge is much preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in MIS, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Strong technical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Wholesale/Apparel industry experience a big plus.
• Team player.
• Self-motivated.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Structured work habits and efficient time-management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Production support experience preferred.
