Responsibilities

• Collect user requirements from finance, operations, and business teams, then translate to technical specifications for engineering team
• Interface with external partners to implement data-sharing pipelines
• Configure business intelligence system to organize data and drive revenue and resource optimization
• Prioritize and track project statuses, while communicating with all stakeholders
• Deploy hardware across Call9 partner sites in a secure, reliable manner
• Oversee internet infrastructure across Call9 partner sites

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator
• Motivated
• Data – driven
• Familiar with Tableau (or similar BI tool)
• Capable of writing scripts to parse large CSV datasets
