Summary of Duties

As a part of the Student Health Services Healthcare Application Support team, this position is responsible for working with clinical and non-clinical departments, University departments, external businesses and IT vendors to manage and support operations including electronic health record (EHR), ancillary systems, interfaces, databases and other operational software; develops, coordinates and provides system training; monitors and optimizes system stability and functionality; provides information, analysis, and reporting supporting the organization from various systems.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field or degree from technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; strong background with SQL and Python or other scripting languages; software, interface and hardware maintenance and support; Microsoft office suite skills with the ability to create reports and complete data analysis; strong communication, presentation, training, writing and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

HIPAA and Privacy and/or data security knowledge; Help Desk Support; working knowledge of EHR and other healthcare applications; website and social media management.

Target Salary $57,000.00 – $60,000.00 Annually
