About the role:

We are looking for a Studio Production Coordinator to join Oracle Studios, our in-house video team. In this role, you will coordinate project plans and tasks to support Oracle Studios’ live virtual event and webcast production operations.

CORE RESPONSIBLITIES

Coordinating Studio virtual event and live streaming broadcasts from Creative Brief through Post Production.

Supporting Event Producer with all programmatic aspects of a live or recorded studio event: pre-production, production, workflow, timelines, post-production, delivery and budget tracking.

Maintaining operational rigor and accountability across the entire lifecycle of a live event project and across teams / business units.

Day to Day / Operational

  • Responsible for intake of studio production requests and coordinating projects from start to finish.
  • Create and manage studio projects in Wrike, manage project calendar, organize media and maintain asset ID list.
  • Work with requester on metadata and associated marketing copy submissions, submit video hosting requests.
  • Manage customer communication, production resource planning, and logistics.
  • Oversee booking and coordination of freelance technical crew including crew assignments, catering, production van or truck parking.
  • Live webcast support – coordinate and collaborate with Studio Operations and Streaming team to execute live and simulive events
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    5 years of experience as a Video Production Coordinator, Event Producer, or similar role.

    Hands-on experience in video and/or television production and postproduction, workflow, and communications.

    Experienced in video post production, live events, and online event user experience.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams. Experience working directly with creative directors, art directors, designers, writers, project managers and marketing managers
  • Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate department process changes to all necessary internal and external partners.
  • Experience with project management tools, online video platforms, and Digital Asset Management systems. Naming convention / taxonomy / SEO / asset metadata process experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills. Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor and manage workload.
  • Excellent understanding of design, video, photo and motion work
  • Able to identify and mitigate risk on projects
  • The ability to stay calm in the midst of chaos is essential to this role. Should be ready to jump into any situation, assess, take control, and delegate where needed.
  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Production and direction of TV based Corporate communications and events.

    Responsible for all levels of video production including script writing, field and studio production, post production.

    Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. BS/BA degree.
