Strategy and Business Systems Analyst

In this role, your objective is to lead as-is analysis, definition of business objectives for core platform and core competency capabilities, integration between these systems and financial reporting. In partnership with our Hardware Product Area Finance team, you will be responsible for fit/gap analysis, core ERP requirements to meet long term business objectives of HWPA, evolving needs of business models powered by best of breed solutions and other SaaS applications.

You are required to have an advanced level of understanding of ERP Financials, Supply Chain architecture and integration with other best of breed applications.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal supply chain operations teams to define business processes and associated system requirements.

Identify policy, process gaps that lead to as-is issues.

Deliver key artifacts like requirements documentation, failure mode analysis, fit/gap, Core systems configuration, best-of breed integration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution etc.

Work with and influence central teams to ensure HWPA specific objectives subject matter are met.

Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies by support systems implementation and integration.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

ERP experience (Financials, Materials/Inventory, Logistics and Supply Chain).

Experience configuring ERP solutions and leading roll-out/adoption.

Preferred qualifications:
MS degree with strong ERP experience (Financials, Materials/Inventory, Logistics and Supply Chain).

7 years of professional work experience in implementing ERP solutions at multiple customers.

Certified in Business Systems Analysis, and ERP platforms. Lean Six Sigma experience.

Experience working on a variety of enterprise applications and problems. Working knowledge of Operations and Supply Chain processes.

Advanced proficiency using spreadsheet software, SQL and/or Tableau, Google Docs, Lucid Chart etc.

Ability to use critical thinking and logic skills to isolate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
