Staff Accountant

My client, a medium/large size company with headquarters in Miami is looking for a solid staff accountant. The position will see full cycle accounting. They prefer to consider applicants that have experience with all facets of the accounting cycle versus only one side of the process. Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for the day to day accounting transactions
• Responsible for general ledger entries
• Responsible for journal entries
• Responsible for bank reconciliations
• Responsible for financial statements
• Full cycle accounting

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 year degree in Accounting and Finance
• 2 to 3 years experience in full cycle accounting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Highly analytical with above average Excel skills
• Professional demeanor
• Experience using a large ERP system
