Staff Accountant

Bookkeeping Requirements:

Handles accounts payables / receivables

Liaison with Controller on all accounting, financial and budgetary matters

Handles company bank deposits

Production and reconciliation of various monthly reports using Excel.

Candidate should possess the following qualities:

Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook

Excellent interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented

Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills

Must be able to work 9-5 Monday-Friday with flexibility

Committed to excellent attendance, on time

Excellent time management and organizational skills

4 year degree is preferred, MUST HAVE Navision accounting software experience

Bookkeeping experience is required
