Responsibilities:

• Overall management, support, design, planning and architecture for all corporate IT
• infrastructure.
• Design and Implementation for corporate network, including Cisco Meraki switches,
• routers and access points at multiple office locations
• Manage perimeter security devices including firewalls, internet, spam filters and VPN
• Maintain corporate end-user hardware including laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, etc.
• Manage Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD), Okta and overall identitymanagement
• Manage hybrid Office 365 deployment.
• Manage VOIP phone system devices and users (RingCentral)
• Manage Internal and guest wireless and associated RADIUS authentication services
• Manage ESX environment including multiple hosts and SAN
• Manage internal backup systems
• Support and manage enterprise antivirus deployments
• Manage enterprise remote-help system
• Assist with IT purchasing and vendor management as needed
• Be available to handle other IT duties as needed
• Document configurations, processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience managing and troubleshooting networks, including experience with
• LAN’s, WAN’s, WLAN’s, RAS, etc
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing VMWare, ESXi and vSphere
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Active Directory and GPOs
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Windows and Linux server administration
• Experience with Office 365
• Experience with EMC VNXe SAN and Synology NAS
• Experience with VEEAM
• Strong knowledge of security standards
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Ability keep track of simultaneous tasks & deadlines
• Produce technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Produce quality work under pressure, while keeping a professional attitude with co-workers
• Ability to share information and communicate technical information to team members ina friendly, concise manner
• Patience and ability to educate users in how to avoid or resolve problems
• Experience in Operating System deployments, imaging, customizations, etc.
