Very Strong in MS SQL Server development (latest versions)

Strong SSIS and SSRS skills – must have both.

Strong ETL experience & debugging skills

Must know Performance Tuning & query Optimization

Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork skills & problem solving skills

Good communication Skills(verbal and written) are important as it will require frequent daily interaction with both IT and Business users at all levels within all parts of the organization

Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and self-motivated

Data Modeling Experience a Strong Plus

Data Warehouse experience a Strong Plus

Financial or Stock Market Data Experience a Strong Plus

ASP.NET, C# and VB.NET knowledge a Strong Plus

Agile SDLC process experience a Plus

Ability to effectively multi-task is a Plus
