To succeed in this role, you must have a relentless thirst for learning, and have a strong drive to execute and manage one to many programs from end to end. Good communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently. More specifically, we are seeking program managers who: – Have a good amount of Healthcare and/or Life Sciences industry experience to understand the context of customer needs for digital transformation. – Drive complex projects, with many critical dependencies. – Develop a deep understanding of how lead customers use Azure platform and use of Compute, Storage, Database, and Networking services in Azure to architect their applications and enable their business transformation. – Demonstrate the ability to roll up your sleeves, working with various engineering, marketing, finance, legal, operations, and field teams to drive top customer/partner success and turn those learnings into scalable programs. – Communicate progress in a meaningful way, and keep key stakeholders aware of challenges along with recommendations to fix any blockers. – Build a market requirements justification for product investment. – Drive ecosystem partnerships and alliances to enable solutions and faster time-to-market for customers Success in this role requires being able to: – Bring industry experience and insights in Health, and to drive initiatives on Azure. – Close opportunities with top tier customers in respective verticals/industries – Broad understanding of the Cloud Services industry – Structure and solve complex problems, communicate to senior decision makers in a clear, compelling way, and drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large organization. – Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements, scenarios into products and services, ability to deliver results – Stellar cross group collaboration, able to drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large organization, and deliver results that depend on other divisions and external partners. – Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with both technical and business groups internally and externally.

Skills & Qualifications: Basic Qualification: • Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Development or Management Consulting Preferred Qualifications • BS or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance. • Candidates must have 2+ years of Industry Experience in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
