Sr .Net Developer

Senior Microsoft.Net Developer to join our team in Nashville, TN. This position will help lead a software engineering team, including delivery and operational support for new and existing products, software development and mentoring, oversight of Agile project execution and product life cycle, development of solution vision and goals, and assuming responsibility for ensuring and maintaining operational integrity and scalability of delivered products.?

Responsibilities

Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.

Use Microsoft.NET Framework and a supported programming language (e.g., VB.NET, Visual C#).

Serve as technical expert on development projects.

Participate in full development lifecycle including requirements analysis and design.

Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.

Support, maintain, and document software functionality.

Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.

Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.

Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.

Consult with end-user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.

Requirements

6-9 years of experience

Experience with Microsoft.Net Framework.

Experience with the following programming languages:
SQL

Reverse Engineering

Object-oriented software development (C#)

Experience with and strong belief in any agile methodology

Version control (GIT), continuous integration (TeamCity), and continuous deployment (Octopus Deploy)

Experience with application integration a plus (specifically EDA, and microservices)
