Intradiem is seeking a bright enthusiastic individual for a senior level position within the Engineering Team as a Senior Software Engineer. You will use your problem solving and analytical abilities to design the next generation of Intradiem’s product line. Along the way, you will be expected to learn and embrace new technologies. Additionally, you will serve in a mentor role where you are expected to contribute at a high level and coach members of the development and QA teams. Cross-team skills: Our team works with tens of partners, both internal and external, in the course of a week. What Will You Do?

Architect, design, implement and test system modules and new functionality per requirements.
Champion and adhere to the Agile / SCRUM methodology.
Ensure quality processes are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to Intradiem best practices in development (Coding Standards, Unit Tests, Design Principles)
Perform design and code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
Work with onshore and offshore developers in a team focused environment.
Work with Product Management to define project requirements.

You’ll Need to Have:

5-7 years of experience developing software while following coding and quality standards.
2+ years developing Enterprise Level SaaS Applications
Ability to prioritize work tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Proven experience with the following:
Java (5+ years)
Spring Frameworks, Spring Boot
RDBMS (5+ years)
MS SQL Server
Maria DB/MySQL
Web Services standards, technologies, tools (e.g. XML, SOAP/REST, etc.), and enterprise class implementation
Web/application security development leveraging both symmetric and public-key cryptographic APIs, OpenSSL, LDAP, PKI, and PKCS standards
Advanced programming concepts such as multi-threading, networking, etc.…
Work with Agile Software Development Process (5+ years )
Troubleshooting software defects
Big data persistence and processing frameworks such as Hadoop, HBase and NoSQL a plus
ESB Framework software experience (Apache Camel, Mule ESB, ActiveMQ) a plus
Service oriented and ability to thrive in a team environment
Design Patterns – Thorough understanding and ability to implement code using common design patterns.
EIP Patterns a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter capable of working on projects independently and ability to mentor less experienced developers
