Position: Sr Java Developer

Description

• 5+ year of strong programming experience with Java & J2EE technologies

• Working experience of multi-tier application development and has expertise developing applications for the server side

• Working experience with following frameworks/technologies – CXF/REST for Web Services, Spring MVC, Junit, JMock, Maven

• Good understanding of Object Oriented & component based software development and experience using design patterns

• Solid experience with SQL server, SQL development, ETL, and data analysis.

• Python and/or Matlab experience is a plus.

• Experience working with market Data Feeds (Bloomberg or Morningstar) is a major plus

• CFA, FRM, and/or Financial Engineering degree and/or buy-side financial service industry experience is a major plus
