Job Description

• Looking for a very senior Java developer instead of Architect, We are looking for someone that’s a very hands on technical person.
• For lack of a better term, they we are looking for a” Superstar “very Senior Developer
• They should be able to make decisions on aspects such as:
• What tool set to go to
• Help in evaluating various options
• If cost of migration is higher, then he should be in a position to make a decision
• It’s not about delivery, but more of decision making
• He needs to be capable of making Architectural Decisions * He should be very, very strong in Core Java and very strong in OOPs, basically a full stack developer
• He should be very strong in the Database as well. It need not be any particular database, but he should be able to write good optimum queries. Data modelling is required as well.
• Should be a good communicator.
