Sr. Front End Developer

DESCRIPTION: If you are a Front-End Developer with amazing software design skills, strong experience building mobile and web-based applications, and a passion for leading and delivering beautiful products, please read on! This role will concentrate on designing and building the front end of our products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively participate in concept development and design ideation as part of a small team.

Partner closely with Product and UI/UX to design and deliver the best user experiences closely tied to our brand.

Frame, prototype, tie-up through pixel perfection.

Code and deploy complex front-end UI for responsive web and mobile native properties while delivering clean, efficient, well-documented code employing industry best-practices. Accountable for all phases of development process analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation in agile development lifecycles.

Collaborate on style guide and its implementation.

Maintain strong knowledge on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices for front end development.

Work with sales and marketing teams to establish landing pages, graphic materials, and collateral for various audience and event driven campaigns.

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years delivering front end solutions as a front end or full stack developer for web-software products.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, design, human-computer interaction (HCI), human behavior psychology/science, or equivalent professional experience as a user experience designer.

Responsive web design with browser tuning and optimization techniques/tools.

Android and iOS [mobile native] design, development, and testing.

Experience implementing business critical, high volume, and highly available web-based applications is a must.

Experience delivering integrated, lightweight UI monitoring to produce analytics for design iteration. i.e. user behavior capture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Expert in multiple front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQueryUI, Bootstrap, Node.js, Angular, React, D3.js, and/or Ember.js

Responsive web design with browser tuning and optimization techniques/tools including experience with cross-browser considerations.

Highly experienced with MVC, OOD/P, SOA, and thorough understanding of Agile Development (XP and Scrum), mobile and web development best practices.

RESTful web services * Proficiency designing and prototyping with leading design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks, Axure, and/or Keynote.

Expert UI skills with proven ability to plan and design complex features across all applicable screen formats.

Data visualization modeling and delivery.

Passionate about emerging mobile and Internet software development concepts and technologies.

Ability to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.

Hiring starts as an Independent Contractor and converts to an Executive Employment upon Clout’s next round of funding. Initial compensation paid in equity stock options. Salary, bonuses, and additional stock option grants are raised with achievement milestones of year one total compensations which is anticipated to exceed comparable market rates. At this time we cannot offer relocation assistance or sponsorship.
