Job Functions / Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and development activities will predominantly use Visual Studio .NET utilizing C# and SQL Server.
• Experience and knowledge of software design, build, and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrate the ability to research, analyze, troubleshoot, and solve software problems.
• Willingness to support existing system implementations.
• Ability to work on small and strategic projects among other support and development assignments.
• Highly self-directed with aggressive learning goals.
• Support business partners using 24×7 applications which require on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET).
• Experience with T-SQL, Javascript (JQuery), Web Development (HTML, CSS), WPF, WCF, Visual Basic.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, system analysis, and QA.
• Experience with software design patterns and automated unit testing.
• Understanding of Team Foundation Server.
• Database skills pertaining to application development.
• Ability to work with users to troubleshoot reported issues.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and highly self-motivated and flexible.
• Ability to work on an Agile development team with little or no supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings to support on-call responsibilities as needed.
