Sr. DevOps/DBA

We are looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer with demonstrable leadership and development experience in cloud based infrastructure and applications. Locations are Eagle, ID (Boise area), Seattle, WA, or WFH.

What you’ll have:

• Expertise in building, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting software running in Azure / AWS / Google Cloud
• Comfortable debugging C# (ASP.NET) codebase running in Azure, troubleshooting RESTful web services, analyzing network traffic over different protocols, and using Chrome Developer Tools
• Database administration experience, including: security, geo redundancy, point in time restoration, data archiving, data normalization, table indexing, etc.
• Highly skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Windows or Linux server based application performance
• Strong in at least 1 scripting language that we use: Python, Node.js, TypeScript, PowerShell, or Go
• Experience designing appropriate cloud based application monitoring and creating relevant metrics/dashboards/alarming
• Preference to work with minimal supervision

We communicate using HipChat, store our code in GitHub repositories, write unit tests and automation, and build new solutions in the cloud (working in Azure and AWS). If that sounds exciting to you, come talk with us.
