Sr. Developer

Global Healthcare Alliance based in Houston, provides medical billing services to healthcare providers and web-based claims software for IPA’s and health plans. We are seeking a Senior Developer to round out our already dynamic team. This is an exciting position within a growing company and industry focused on the development of core solutions from Global’s award winning revenue cycle management system.

We are looking for team members who want to continue to build their skills within a Microsoft development framework. The ideal candidate will have strong .Net development and SQL skills as well as experience developing within the Dynamics CRM 2011 environment. In addition to being technical, this candidate would be able to work and communicate with business and operations personnel. The candidate will be working in a team environment that includes both IT and business analyst roles. The candidate must be motivated, a solid communicator, and a team player. Other descriptors include:

 Able to work with team on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM strategies (2011), approaches, and best practices

 Develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 solutions

 Able to work with team to configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

 Creation and modification of custom entities and associated Forms and Views

 Microsoft .NET development to extend and augment the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform

 Experience in the development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

 At least 2 years of experience in developing .NET applications (C# and ASP.NET) using VS 2005/2008 as well as web services

 Hands-on experience with the creation and modification of custom entities and associated Forms and Views

 Hands-on experience developing/using Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2010

 Excellent written and verbal communication as well as general client interaction skills

 Ability to understand complex data models and schemas.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS (NOT REQUIRED)

 Hands-on experience in the implementation of custom CRM plug-ins and workflows

 Hands-on experience in the development and modification of CRM-related scripts and utilities using tools such as SilverLight, XML, JavaScript, and CSS

 Experience with the Microsoft SharePoint platform

 Microsoft .NET and/or CRM certification

 Domain experience in Healthcare

 Experience with query design and optimization in Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2010
