We are currently recruiting for a technical and energetic Lead Developer for an exciting company in Boulder, CO. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team and is slated to be or to grow into a CTO role. For this position you must be an enthusiastic leader and mentor and be able to handle being pulled in multiple directions.

What you will be doing:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, acting as the SME expert.

• Mentor junior developers, working towards advancing their technical knowledge and abilities.

• Work directly with clients, communicating updates and project status.

What you need to know:

• Strong development skills in one or more of these areas: .Net, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, native app development, HTML, CSS, Kentico, WordPress, Ruby on Rails, React/Redux, NodeJS, Express, SQL, MongoDB, RESTful application.
