Job Description:

Our office in Davie, Florida is looking for a self‐driven, autonomous and ambitious individual with the ability and willingness to learn Bankers Healthcare Group’s financial product/services. You will experience working in a high‐energy environment while continuing to gain extensive knowledge of the financial industry.

About the Job:

Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations

Analyze patterns to proactively provide decision-making information

Responsible for creating, maintaining, analysis and distributing weekly, and monthly reports

Identification of trends/opportunities

Create and utilize SQL queries/Procedures

Perform complex data analysis in support strategic business needs; transform raw data into finished products

Requirements:

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Business Systems or other similar quantitative field

Demonstrate proficiency in writing Microsoft SQL queries and procedures.

Demonstrate proficiency in Excel

Experience in applied statistical analysis and reporting in a business environment using BI (Business Intelligence) software

Must possess a highly logical and analytical mindset

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to interpret requests and give quality results in a timely manner

Tableau Experience is a plus

SSIS Experience is a plus
