Position Summary: The IT Sr. Developer position must be able to develop test and maintain SSIS, SSRS, SSAS packages. The candidate will need to understand complex SQL code to support high performance innovative web applications. Additional responsibilities include ETL programming, performance tuning, data modeling, design, development, and documentation based on industry best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Analyze and optimize complex SQL Queries.

Exposure to web development and web service development using .NET technology.

Familiarity with Classic ASP, migration to ASP.NET.

Ability to understand application logic by reviewing code files, both SQL and C# and VB.NET.

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, and other analytics and reporting tools

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience). 5+ years of experience in a developer / analyst role similar to description above. 3+ years of work experience as hands-on developer in C# (preference) and/or VB.NET. 5+ years of experience of hands-on knowledge of SQL
