This highly visible position located at our Global Headquarters in Ewing, NJ will be part of an enterprise-wide team responsible for working with business technology customers to support the effective use of business systems within a functional area.

What you’ll do:

• Support global super users and business process teams with major emphasis on the EDI interfaces for the SAP ECC application. This position requires resolving functional and technical problems.
• Acts as the local business hours in-person support resource and provides local language support and English to local language translation where necessary.
• Monitors training need, develops/updates content, and delivers training as appropriate
• Conducts business needs analysis, documents results as business requirements and proposed related business process changes and validates the needs with business leads
• Liaises between business users, IT counterparts and vendors to design, develop, test and deploy enhancements, fixes, upgrades, etc.
• Provides input to aid in the design of business processes and preparation of functional specs for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms
• Participates in testing activities to ensure that the solution meets the business and customer requirements and that new functionality and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three years business-related application experience as an IT professional working with functional business user (such as customer service, order management, billing, shared services, transportation, warehousing)
• Knowledge and experience with ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a Major CPG corporation as an EDI Lead – ability to analyze, debug and resolve interfaces between ERP system, EDI system and customer requirement.
• Knowledge of X12 and EDIFACTS EDI Standards is essential, as is experience in GISHI programming.
• Experience/knowledge of SAP IDOCs and their structures.
• Ability to write programming specifications and to debug completed specifications after completion Experience participating as a team member in a business system implementation
• Relevant business experience respective to area of responsibility (i.e., EDI, Order to Cash, A2R, PP/F2S, SQL etc.), particularly in consumer products industry.
