The H Band Specialist: Content & Communication role is based within CBU

The role of the Specialist: Content & Communication is responsible for complete and holistic Operational Excellence within Retail Operations division through best in class Content and Communication Management

Your responsibilities will include:
Represent Retail Model Design while participating in special projects or initiatives that impact Retail Operations or the Retail channel from a content, knowledge management and communications perspective. Take full responsibility for end-to-end related and applicable actions.

To manage and facilitate all communication related activities for the Retail channel and/or Retail Operations division from a Retail Model Design perspective.

Responsible for the management of all Retail knowledge content and platforms ensuring continuous alignment to the Retail Model, including the Retail curriculum and Retail Knowledge Base.

Perform a SPOC role and represent Retail Model Design in the NEPSI process thereby ensuring quality new product and service launches into the Retail environment, continuously aligned to the Retail Model, Retail Curriculum and knowledge management.

Responsible for stakeholder awareness, alignment and adherence to the Retail Model.

Responsible for providing training related, coaching, change management and knowledge management support to Retail where necessary through projects and/or initiatives impacting Retail Operations and/ or Retail channels.

Ensure compliance with all Legislative and Vodacom Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Retail Model Compliance and ISO requirements.

Digital at the core, Innovation and Change Proactive participation, efficient design and administrative support to ensure seamless operationalisation. Effective process, system, reporting and administrative input into pilot design and managed outcomes for rollout to channel – Within Vodacoms Flagship retail experience ensure best in class digital capabilities and retail innovation, leading test and learn opportunities through effective pilot execution, participation and feedback to determine viability of extending new opportunities to Vodacoms retail footprint.

Within Vodacoms Flagship retail mall, ensure support and design for best in class in retail to provide learning opportunities to other retail stakeholders (other BPs / FSC / Regions etc.) which results through the demonstration of ways of working in retail and leading the Vodacom retail culture efforts in an overall better understanding and delivery of Vodacoms retail sales and service menu, back office processes, risk and BCM controls and performance reporting.
