Software Engineer

WINTEC, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to add to our growing team of engineers. This individual would ideally be a self-starter, motivated individual with a keen sense of computer science principals. Working solo or within a team to apply different technologies to complete a wide array of solutions, across many domains.

Qualifications for this position

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related degree.
  • Strong enthusiasm for problem solving, puzzles, technology as a whole.
  • Ability and desire to learn new ideas, technologies and concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • All candidates for this position must be a U.S. Citizen to comply with federal regulations

    • Great if you know or willing to learn

  • C, C++, python, perl, new languages
  • Linux, *nix, QNX, real-time computing.
  • Version control (git)
  • Low level driver knowledge.
  • Packet level understanding of networking TCP/IP, UDP
  • MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, RS232/422/485, ARINC 429
  • Graphical User Interface design/implementation (Qt Framework)

    Pay: $32.00 – $39.00 per hour
