Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to work within an Opensource and Windows environment.
• Ability to build and code applications and/or modules using multiple programming languages including PHP and .NET.
• Build backend reporting using SQL SERVER 2008, SSIS, SSRS, and MySQL/MariaDB.
• Stored Procedure management In both MSSQL and MySQL/MariaDB.
• Work with CRM products and third party CRM solutions like Oracle Right Now, Salesforce, Astute, etc.
• Work with source code repositories SourceSafe and Git.
• Ability to work in multiple operating system environment.
• Work within SDLC development environments and adhering to Change Management process.
• Develop software components Web API, texting, chat and other communications mechanisms.
• Work within our open source Asterisk PBX environment building integrated applications solutions.
• Work with technical and business teams toscope out client requirements and provide statements of work.
• Review, analyze, and resolve any existing problems that come up with legacy systems and handle programming assignments accordingly.
• Collaboration with team members sharing development responsibility.

Required Experience:

• LAMP, Microsoft IIS, .Net 4.0, C#.NET, ASP.NET, SSRS.
• API, PHP, XML, HTML and Javascript.
• MS SQL Server and Mysql/MariaDB.
• Stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, complex queries etc.
• SSIS and reporting services (SSRS) required.
• Object oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and application performance.
• Asterisk, and Open source PBX environment highly preferred.
• Software development, deployment, and best practices with the SDLC.
• Worked within a SCRUM or AGILE development environment.
• Ability to convert designs and specifications into web applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to prototype, refine, system test, analyze, performance test, and debug applications.
• Ability to work in Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with secure coding principles & practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or work experience.
