Opportunity Summary:
We’re looking for a Software Developer to join the Software Development team in Lincoln, NE. The successful candidate will possess experience in web application design and development and an excellent understanding of ASP.NET, C# and/or VB.NET. They will develop a solid understanding of all the other Upland products to help support cross product initiatives. Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and develop scalable solutions on the Microsoft .NET platform.
• Work with design team to create customer friendly solutions.
• Work with quality assurance team to fix any bugs that arise in code.
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers and internal resources to complete assignments to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in web application design and development
• 2+ years experience programming in ASP.NET, C# and/or VB.NET
• 2+ years experience with Web technologies; HTML, JavaScript, REST and AJAX, Angular JS
• Experience working with (creating and consuming) web services required
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with MVC framework preferred
• Experience with IIS
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to employees, customers and partners
• Proven ability to lead small teams to successful completion of projects
• Ability to work independently and exercise initiative and good judgment
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent is desired
• Certification in key technologies would be recommended
• Handle multiple, concurrent tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Keeps up to date with the latest technology and current trends in Software Development
