Software Developer

IMMEDIATE opening for a Sr. Software Developer to join our team. Exciting opportunity for a 6-month contract with likelihood of an extension. Excellent compensation and we are open to Independent Contractors (Corp2Corp).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• The focus will be on FRONT END development. Basic requirements (MS tech stack), with focus on front end (js, angular, html5, less/sass, bootstrap, etc).
• Must currently live in the Twin Cities and able to commute anywhere in the Twin Cities
• 3+ years of experience working with .NET Framework 3.5 or greater
• Extensive knowledge of C# is required. Visual Basic .NET experience also helpful
• Broad experience delivering custom OLTP/LOB/Enterprise systems on Microsoft technologies
• Working knowledge of web development on the ASP .NET platform, preferably ASP.Net MVC
• Working knowledge of SOAP and RESTful web services
• Strong knowledge of relational databases including data modeling, stored procedures, views and triggers, and user defined functions
• Experience work with common software design patterns
• Experience working with version control systems such as TFS, Git, Hg, etc
• Angular JS (Utilizing this as a UI Framework)
• Outstanding communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS (but not required):

• SharePoint implementation and/or development experience
• Experience developing desktop applications using Windows Forms or WPF
• Test Driven Development
• Jasmine for Angular / UI Testing
