Title: Software Developer
Department: Software Development/Information Technology
Reports to: Lead, Internet & Software Development

Primary Functions:

Participate in the development and maintenance of applications used in our e-Commerce service offering and business execution. This role acts as a member of the development team responsible for constructing new applications, maintaining existing applications, and providing support in troubleshooting production issues.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting and enhancing our e-commerce platform and internal applications.
• Assist with root cause analysis in supporting production platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot code and SQL Server stored procedures.
• Able to analyze and follow order and data flow between multiple systems.
• Developing new features with minimal supervision.
• Refactoring legacy code to modern coding standards .

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building web-based software applications and systems with .NET.
• Proficient using C#, ASP.NET, within the .NET 4.5 framework, TDD and Solid
• Cloud computing – Azure preferred
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies – ideally in multiple environments.
• A background with MS SQL – query writing and manipulation, stored, procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Software development life cycle.
• Solid communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree or greater in Computer Science or equivalent.
