As a debt free growing manufacturing company that has been in business for more than 26 years; we are in need of that special someone to help be a change agent as we look to continue our growth.

If you are the right person for this unique opportunity, you will be working alongside a small group of IT teammates as well as interacting daily with people from all areas of the company. You will be responsible for the development of existing, and new, web based applications. You will be an important contributor to the automation of business functions that are necessary for our rapidly growth; develop new, and maintain existing C# modules to further customize our ERP system; and assist in reporting needs and the maintenance of several Access applications. And with each project, prepare documentation to support the new and enhanced systems and applications.

For that one special person that we desire to have on our team, these are a few of the must haves:

• A demonstrated successful background of application and web development, with project initiation and leadership practices.
• Intermediate levels of C# coding; JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and/or PHP; Microsoft Access and VBA coding; and strong SQL database development skills.
• The ability to foresee and assess problems, and then make appropriate recommendations for solutions, and follow through with the implementation.
• Have very clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt to an ever changing and constantly growing manufacturing environment.
• Have a genuine passion for working with people and affording them a better experience through software applications and automations.
• Have a natural desire to be creative and think “outside the box”.
• Have obtained a bachelor’s degree, or a comparable vocational or technical education resulting in certification in computer programming.

Must be local to the Phoenix area and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
